Chilli Growing Season
Growing fresh chillies is easy - just germinate the seeds in a warm place in February [we use our old airing cupboard and then keep them in the house during winter]
Pot them out as they get bigger and move to larger pots and a warm greenhouse as soon as the weather is better. Milder chillies will appear first - around end June onwards. Hotter varieties will be ready around September to November all being well. Keep watered without drowning - ie; regular amounts rather than a deluge once a day when the weather is hot.
